He is a consultant on investment for infrastructure work and environmental development for multilateral loan organizations, such as B.I.D. and B.M. He is the Director of programs of P.N.U.D. (United Nations Development Program). His works through international cooperation and technological transference stand out. He has carried out very important sustainable projects from the economic, social and environmental point of view in argentine provinces. At present, he is the representative of The Israeli Consulting and Technological Company Ltd. in Argentina.
